To say that $7,450 is a lot to pay for rent on a monthly basis would be more than an underestimate, yet in Manhattan such top-tier rent prices are pretty much normal which is why this Nolita duplex can get away with commanding such a pricey ask. To be fair, the apartment is pretty nice and offers some nice details so let’s take a closer look.

Exuding tranquil vibes, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment spans across 1,200 square feet of space and is filled with natural light. In the living room, the ceiling soars to 18 feet high and bamboo hardwood floors contribute to the light and airy atmosphere.

There isn’t a floorplan attached to this listing, making it a bit of a challenge to know exactly what’s going on here, but photos suggests that the kitchen is rather small and cramped into a corner. The bedrooms are all located on the upper level and appear to be relatively spacious, with the master boasting a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The private terrace is modest but it gives view to great scenery.
