The skyscraper on the rise at 111 Murray Street in Tribeca is perhaps best known for the over the top amenities it will offer residents when it opens in 2018. Among them are concierge jet service, a hammam, and a private drybar. This is of course in addition to the normal fancy amenities this tower will have to offer like a 75-foot lap pool and a 3,000-square-foot fitness center.
And it now seems like future residents won’t have to wait all that long to get their hands on those amenities as the condo is now more than halfway to the top, and is being fitted with its glass facade.
When complete, the building will stand 800-feet tall and come with 157 condos. At present the building stands at 47-stories, and will eventually rise to 58. The curtain wall has reached the 25th floor of the building. It’s come a long way considering the structure was barely off the ground back in August 2016.

Sales on the Fisher Brothers, Witkoff, and New Valley-developed tower launched at the end of September 2015, and Curbed has now learned that the project is 70 percent sold. Of the condos currently available, prices range from $2.5 million for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit spanning 829 square feet, and go up to $18.9 million for a five-bedroom, five-bathroom apartment.
