Less than a month after New York Ranger Ryan McDonagh listed his Tribeca condo, the spacious loft style apartment is already off the market, Luxury Listings NYC has learned. McDonagh was asking $5.75 million for the three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit, but the broker on the sale declined to reveal how much it went into contract for.

McDonagh purchased the 2,450-square-foot apartment back in 2014 for $5.2 million—he paid $500,000 over the ask at the time. Some of the standout features in this apartment include the 11-foot high ceilings that come with timber beams, exposed brick that practically runs throughout the apartment, and several fancy Miele and Viking appliances in the kitchen.

McDonagh wasn’t by any means the most famous resident in this building however—Taylor Swift probably lays claim to that title having purchased the penthouse here the same year that McDonagh got his condo. Swift is renting in the West Village, while her Tribeca condo gets renovated. Other notable former residents at 155 Franklin include Peter Jackson (from whom Swift purchased the penthouse), Steven Spielberg, and Orlando Bloom.
