Yesterday we asked you to tell us how much you thought this two-bedroom co-op in Inwood was selling for. Though commenter Opal Blue didn’t guess the precise ask, which is $519,999, their guess of $519,000 was as close as it gets since this one was a tricky number.
Among the 18 comments, many folks made mention of the floorplan and ways it can be reconfigured to make it more appealing. “I would merge the kitchen with the living room, enlarge the second bedroom and add closet space in the wall shared by the two bedrooms,” said Opal Blue. Other complaints were that the second bedroom is not a true bedroom and looks more like what should be a dining room. Nevertheless, it can’t be denied that this spacious apartment has some serious charm.
