What/Where: 2BR/1BA co-op in Chelsea

Square Footage: 775

Taxes/Common Charges: $1,309

Neat and simple, this newly-listed two-bedroom co-op in the West 20s comes with hardwood oak floors, recessed lighting, a decorative fireplace, and a window in every room. Not the least of the apartment’s selling points is its updated kitchen, with stainless steel appliances as well as new countertops, cabinets, and backsplash. The apartment’s bathroom goes unpictured, suggesting it might need some TLC.

The apartment is billed as a two-bedroom, or a one-bedroom with a study. From the looks of it, the second (much smaller) bedroom can fit a daybed or a crib, and not much else. But the larger bedroom is generously sized for a 775-square-foot apartment. The building comes with access to a shared roof deck and laundry facilities in the basement. So, how much do you think this two-bedroom Chelsea co-op is asking?
