Nearly two years after the purchase, a mystery buyer of a sprawling One57 pad wants out, and they’re asking $52 million for it. The owner, who can only be identified as Unit 58a Acquisition Corp. purchased this four-bedroom, four-bathroom condo in April 2015 for $47.7 million, and has since kitted it out with some velvet armchairs and most notably a lounger that looks eerily similar to the one that was being auctioned off from the Four Seasons Restaurant.

Aside from that, this apartment spans 6,240 square feet and comes with a private elevator entrance. The massive living room features just under 12-foot-tall ceilings, and Brazilian rosewood flooring—all the interiors here were done by Thomas Juul-Hansen.

This particular condo directly overlooks Central Park through its floor-to-ceiling windows and offers some great views from its 77th floor location.

There are still several One57 condos up for grabs with prices ranging from $4.1 million for a one-bedroom and going up to just under $30 million for a five-bedroom. Condos have been slow to sell at this development, and and often sell at steep discounts like the $59 million, 83rd-floor condo that sold for $45.8 million in December last year.
