Curbed is now hiring a spring photo intern

Curbed is looking for an enthusiastic intern to work closely with our photo editor in Vox Media’s New York office. This individual will have the opportunity to assist in all aspects of art direction and photo production for larger stories. Tasks may include performing photo research for weekly longform stories, assisting with photo shoot production for our weekly home tours, and collaborating on art direction and photo production for larger feature packages.

In addition, the intern will have the opportunity to pitch visually based story ideas and will observe and collaborate with Curbed’s engagement team on how they disseminate stories, so knowledge of, and interest in, social media—Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest—should be a given.
