What/Where: 2BR/2BA in Bed-Stuy

Square Footage: 894

Taxes/Common Charges: $683

Located on the top floor of a converted Brownstone in Bed-Stuy, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is spacious, airy and comes with a private roof deck. The building it’s located in comes with just two other condos and overlooks Herbert Von King Park.

The apartment opens up into the living room and kitchen area, which features large windows, a white exposed brick wall, high ceilings, and diagonal hardwood floors. The kitchen is fitted out with a Bertazzoni gas stove and oven, an Italian backsplash, and bar stool seating.

The bedrooms are located on the other end of the apartment, and the master bedroom comes with the an attached bathroom. Albeit on the narrower side, the bedroom comes with a large window that floods the room with light. The outdoor space, which is not pictured here, spans just under 400 square feet.

There is one caveat though: The developer is currently just soliciting interest in the property, and has yet to formally file an offering plan, so interested buyers can’t scoop this pad up just yet. Keeping all of that in mind, how much do you think this place is asking?
