High Line penthouse, asking $17.5M, gets a stylish revamp

A penthouse at 505 West 19th Street gets a new look, and photos too

Thomas Juul Hansen’s High Line-stradding condo has been thisclose to selling out for what feels like eons in the New York City real estate world. Penthouse West, the four-bedroom, four-and a half-bathroom spread currently on the market for $15.35 million, got the glamour shot treatment way back in April of last year, and now Penthouse 1 is following suit.

Penthouse 1, in the east building, covers 5,728 interior square feet, and also comes with a nearly 900-square-foot terrace that overlooks the park to which it owes its status. The full-floor spread has four-and-a-half bathrooms and four bedrooms, including a master suite that comes with an attached “master study.”

The apartment’s been staged by Hadas Dembo at Mise en Scene Design with clean-edged pieces that make the Juul-Hansen interiors stand out. It’s on the market for $17.5 million.
