What/Where: 2BR/1BA co-op in Park Slope
Square Footage: N/A
Taxes/Common Charges: $687
Located on the top floor of a four-unit co-op building, and just a couple of blocks away from Prospect Park, this spacious apartment comes with its own private terrace, which offers great views of the Brooklyn and Manhattan skylines.
Inside this two-bedroom apartment, there are a ton of nice features as well. The living room comes with a marble-mantled, wood-burning fireplace, and the apartment is flooded with light thanks to north, south, and west exposures.
Aside from that, the co-op still retains its original tin ceilings, and comes with a washer & dryer in-unit. The co-op opens up to face the kitchen. The living room is on the left side, and the unit’s two bedrooms are at the other end of the apartment.
Some added bonus features here include the fact the building is pet-friendly, and there’s additional storage provided for the tenant on the lower level of the building. So how much do you think a prospective buyer needs to shell out to call this place home? As always, let us know in our comments section below.
