Welcome back to The Six-Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

Owning anything other than a studio apartment in some of Manhattan’s trendiest neighborhoods doesn’t always have to cost an arm and a leg. In Greenwich Village, a cute one-bedroom triplex rings in under a million dollars with an ask of just $795,000 which, of course, isn’t exactly affordable but within the wacky world of New York City real estate is something like a bargain.

The description isn’t super telling for the co-op but the photos and floorplan give us enough to work with. The living room is designed with three oversized windows and stairs that lead both to the luxurious eat-in kitchen that sits one level below the living room and to the upstairs sleeping loft. The space boasts simple but elegant features that include recessed lighting as well as a few ceiling light fixtures, stainless steel kitchen appliances, dark wood cabinets, and hardwood floors. Maintenances charges aren’t too bad at $1,062/month.
