This West Village co-op is fresh off of a renovation that added a sleek, modern kitchen (with custom cabinets and stone countertops) and what the listing calls a “designer” bathroom (translation: it’s nice and has a deep tub). The living room and the bedroom are both nicely sized, although the window situation is not the best.

But considering the location—on a beautiful side street in the West Village—and the size, it shouldn’t have too much of a problem finding a buyer … well, if the price is right anyway. How much do you think it’s asking?
