More often than not, brokerbabble is filled with colorful (and dramatic) words to describe places as luxurious as this custom built European villa in Jamaica Estates but not in this case. To our surprise, the description is skimpy on details but thankfully, the photos do a pretty good job on their own.

The $3.57 million home is fairly new, built in 2012, and boasts six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Upon entering, you are greeted with an incredibly ornate staircase with Brazilian cherry wood and a decorative black banister that matches the fancy front door. The walls are designed with Venetian plaster and bold columns while the soaring ceilings are just as elaborate.

Detailed molding, a fireplace, and an overall opulent design constitute the living room. The open kitchen has been befitted with beamed ceilings and loads of wood cabinets that also feature built-in stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a formal dining room that accommodates ten people.

Each room throughout this massive home is filled to the brim with palatial finishes, down to the chandeliered, marble-tiled and columned bathrooms. To add to it, there are several balconies and terraces as well as a huge front and backyard with lush green grass. Safe to say, the pricey ask is warranted in this case.
