Legendary music executive Clive Davis is no stranger to New York City real estate—he owns a total of four apartments within Park Avenue’s Ritz Tower, one of Park Avenue’s many luxe co-ops. But as of today, Davis is trying to offload at least one of those apartments: a three-bedroom, three and a half bathroom duplex owned by the mogul is now on the market.

Update, 7/28/17: As of this week, the apartment has gotten a price cut—originally asking $7.8 million, it’s now been discounted to $6.995 million.

According to a spokesperson for Corcoran, which is handling the sale, Davis purchased two apartments within the building in 2015 with an eye towards conversion. He ended up combining them into one unit with the help of interior designer Greg Schriefer (who, coincidentally enough, also happens to live in the building).

Some of the schmancy new features include a custom staircase connecting the duplex’s levels; a custom kitchen in a muted, neutral palette; pink travertine and pale herringbone flooring throughout; and even a cute wet bar hidden within the foyer.

According to the Wall Street Journal, which first reported the sale, Davis bought this unit for his son, who’s since decided to move on. But the music icon himself—credited with helping launch the careers of musicians like Whitney Houston, Barry Manilow, Donovan, and many others—is holding on to his penthouse within the Park Avenue tower, where he’s lived for nearly 30 years.
