A little over a year after its completion, FXFOWLE’s dramatic, angular Flatiron condo, 35XV is offering up its crowning penthouse for the second time, and this time it’s asking $10.5 million.

The sprawling apartment spans 3,369 square feet and features 360 degree views of New York City (which from the listing photos seem to be some of the best among NYC’s pricey condos).

The apartment is currently setup as a two-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom unit and comes with 10-foot tall ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows—though all the gray window paneling does seem to take away from the views just a little bit.

The kitchen here is fitted with white marble countertops, a Sub-Zero wine refrigerator and auto-touch cabinetry, and the master bathroom, another standout space, comes with a steam shower and a separate soaking tub.

The first owner of this penthouse purchased it for $8.88 million in December 2015, when it was asking $8.95 million. The owner made some changes including opening the third bedroom to create a more open living and entertainment area.

Before its completion, the development at this site at 35 West 15th Street, had been in the works for nearly a decade. Developer Alchemy Properties tapped FXFOWLE to design the 25-story tower with a high school at its base in 2013, and the project has made steady progress since. At present there are a handful of apartments being offered at the condo—ranging from $5.99 million for a four-bedroom and going up to $7.5 million for a three-bedroom.
