It wasn’t too long after sales launched for the super expensive apartments within the Rockwell Group and Diller Scofidio + Renfro-designed Fifteen Hudson Yards that we got a sneak peek at renderings for the amenities that wealthy buyers would get to enjoy within the residential building. Let’s just say that developers developers Related Companies and Oxford Property Group didn’t hold back with the perks. Once the building is complete, the entire 50th and 51st floors of the 88-story building will be home to an assortment of luxe amenities that include an aquatics center with a 75-foot three-lane swimming pool, a private spa, yoga studio studio, a 3,500-square-foot fitness center, sound-proof screening and performance rooms, a golf lounge that comes with a simulator, and much more.
As if the building does not already offer more amenities than we can count, renderings have now been revealed for yet another reason to consider dropping seven figures on an apartment here (if you have it to spend). Giving into the growing trend of employees working from home, Fifteen Hudson Yards will offer residents an expansive co-working space known as the Atelier.
The Atelier isn’t your typical drab conference room void of character and thoughtful design. Instead, it is something like a WeWork office: its a communal space where residents can work alongside their neighbors while enjoying views of the Manhattan skyline Hudson River as their backdrop. The space features a computer bar, tables for group meetings, and lounge seating.
With so many amazing amenities, residents might have a hard time looking for reasons to want to venture beyond their homes.
