Welcome back to The Six-Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

Where it lacks in interior entertaining space, it makes up for in a spacious south-facing patio, which is certainly the standout feature in this one-bedroom co-op on the Upper West Side.

The otherwise tiny apartment is located on the fourth floor of a five-story building on West 106th Street, less than a block away from Riverside Park. The apartment recently underwent a renovation and has now been fitted with some fancy appliances in the kitchen including a Subzero refrigerator and a Bertazzoni stove.

Aside from that, the apartment comes with hardwood floors, 10-foot-tall ceilings, a washer/dryer in unit, and a dishwasher as well.

For all of that, the co-op is asking $675,000 with monthly charges at $1,228—that seems like a pretty good deal all things considered for the Upper West Side, where the median sales price on all homes sits at $1.385 million, according to Trulia.
