Gallerist’s minimalist Tribeca condo seeks $3.8M

The two-bedroom last sold for $2.7 million in 2011

Art folks have a way of dressing their apartments sparingly to play up their collections, which is exactly what’s done in this Tribeca condo, owned by a West Village gallerist. Though the art shines here, the Warren Street condo isn’t too shabby either: Tons of exposed brick, both painted and not, gives the space a casual feel, while a utilitarian-looking kitchen offers up all the necessities without grabbing too much attention.

The 2,000-square-foot apartment comes with two bedrooms, one more generously sized than the other, as well as two baths—a master en suite and a full bathroom just outside the second bedroom. The apartment’s floor-through mid-block layout means it only has six windows, but they’re amply sized at that. Twelve-foot ceilings in the living area add to the apartment’s openness.

The condo is on the market for $3.8 million, and commands $395 in common charges and $1,596 in monthly taxes. Raphael De Niro and Sara Dai at Douglas Elliman hold the listing.
