The future home of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and supermodel Gisele Bündchen has now topped out, new photos by Field Condition have revealed. The Tribeca condo has a high-profile pedigree all around with Related developing the 14-story building, and Robert A.M. Stern designing the limestone-clad condo.
When we last checked in with this building in December last year the structure was just five stories above ground. It’s made significant progress since with the lower parts of the building already being fitted with Beaumaniere limestone facade, which comes from a quarry in the French countryside (of course).
This pretty sizable structure will come with just 46 apartments that range in size from 1,700 square feet to 7,000 square feet with units coming in two through seven-bedroom variants. We got a sense of what these condos might look like when we toured 70 Vestry’s sales office back in November 2016.

Recently news emerged that Brady and Bündchen were reportedly looking to swap their 11th floor $20 million condo for a more expensive home on the 12th floor. Aside from the celeb couple buying in the building, the condo is already 80 percent sold. Prices on available units range from $7.25 million for a three-bedroom and go up to $65 million for one of the building’s penthouses.
Construction on the condo is expected to wrap sometime next year.
