Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s onetime Tribeca Airbnb returns for $20M

Gossip rags often work overtime to convince their readers that stars are just like us, and that can be true in some respects. But in others, like if one wants to emulate a Kardashian, it requires stockpiles of cash—or a really good relationship with Airbnb.

With that in mind, the 7,000-square-foot Tribeca condo that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West stayed at during New York Fashion Week and the run of West’s Saint Pablo tour at Madison Square Garden, courtesy of a cushy social media partnership with the short-term stay site, is back on the market. How much does it cost to live like a Kardashian? A not-insignificant $19.995 million.

That is, however, the smallest amount in a string of asking prices the condo at 471 Washington Street has seen since it first hit the market in September 2015. The palatial triplex was initially listed for $29.995 million, and reemerged on the market a few days ago for $22.5 million. Now, the pad is asking just shy of $20 million and is on the market with Andrew Azoulay at Douglas Elliman.

The five-bedroom, six-bathroom penthouse with a rooftop pool became the subject of many of Kardashian’s social media posts during the Wests’ late August through October 2016 stay. (Looks like Kardashian had an affinity for the condo’s seven terraces, totaling 4,400-square-feet of outdoor space.)

The apartment, however, went largely unpictured. The listing notes the triplex’s floor-to-ceiling glass windows, several bedroom suites including an eighth-floor master with a walk-in closet and “opulent” private bath, and private gym.
