Another new development will join the building boom that has been happening along New Jersey’s waterfront and this one will rise in Cliffside Park. There aren’t a heap of details about the project but it is definitely set to offer luxury living and unparalleled views of the Manhattan skyline and the Hudson River.

The 14-story building, dubbed One Park, is being developed by Manhattan-based real estate firm DMG Investments and will feature a glassy exterior designed by Architectura. The contemporary building is slated to consists of 200 one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom condos that will appeal “in both design and function,” says the press release. Though specific features or amenities haven’t been mentioned just yet, the press release promises “a full suite of recreational and social amenities will enhance residents’ lifestyles.” Additionally, each apartment will boast floor-to-ceiling windows and have their own outdoor spaces.

A lot remains a mystery here, namely average apartment sizes and pricing, though the latter could soon be revealed since sales are expected to launch sometime this spring and will is being handled by Halstead Property Development Marketing. A teaser site is currently live and as more details emerge, we will fill you in.
