Houston Rockets owner Leslie Alexander wants $21.5M for Baccarat condo

Houston Rockets owner and billionaire businessman, Leslie Alexander has listed a sprawling four-bedroom condo at the Baccarat Hotel & Residences for $21.5 million, Luxury Listings NYC reports.

Located on the 44th floor of this 50-story building, the condo measures 4,545 square feet, comes with 11-foot-tall ceilings, and features Miele and Sub Zero appliances. All four bedrooms here come with ensuite bathrooms, and the apartment overall comes with fitted with wide oak flooring with a mahogany stain, granite countertops, and white marble slab baths.

Alexander has owned this unit for less than two years having splurged $20.6 million on the condo back in June 2015. This isn’t Alexander’s first foray in pricey NYC real estate and it’s probably drop in the pond for the billionaire who has an estimated net worth of $1.9 billion, according to Forbes.

In 2015, Alexander put his Gramercy Park penthouse on the market for $47.5 million, but having found no buyers two years on, the apartment was taken off the market in January this year, according to Luxury Listings. Alexander spent $42 million on that apartment.
