The 700-square-foot condo features two walk-in closets and plenty of built-in shelves

Welcome back to The Six-Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

A bright and sunny one-bedroom in Crown Heights delivers generous space at a price point that isn’t exactly affordable but is still a lot less than comparable apartments you might find in Manhattan or other parts of Brooklyn. Spanning 700 square feet, the open-concept condo manages to exude tranquility and classic charm all in one beat and though it’s asking $700,000, perhaps after taking a look at all that it offers the price won’t seem so bad.

The open living space is keen on storage space and features uniquely designed built-in bookshelves, adjacent an exposed brick wall, that are spaced from the floor to the ceiling. The windowed kitchen has been designed with hardwood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a small breakfast bar with granite counters.

The bedroom marvels in both size and appeal. There is more exposed brick, only this time a decorative fireplace accompanies the wall, high ceilings with recessed lighting, and a washer/dryer unit. There is also not one but two walk-in closets as well as two windows that fill the space with natural light.

While the bathroom is sans pictures, the listing description refers to it as “spa-like” with “European style tiling, floating vanities, and Jacuzzi tub with body sprays,” which all sounds pretty fancy if you ask us.

Common charges are a ridiculously low $127/month and taxes are also low at just $130/month.
