The Houston Rockets’ owner, Leslie Alexander, seems to be in a rush to get rid of his multi-million dollar New York City properties. A couple of days ago, the billionaire businessman listed his Baccarat Hotel & Residences condo for $21.5 million, and we’ve learned that he’s offering up his Gramercy Park penthouse for sale as well.

This is now the third time in the last two years that Alexander has tried to sell the sprawling 6,329-square-foot unit at 18 Gramercy Park South. The four-bedroom condo was first listed on the market in May 2015 for $49.75 million. A few months after that, the price had gone down to $47.5 million, and that’s where it stayed until the brokerage firm, Douglas Elliman, took it off the market earlier this year.

Now it’s back, again, and it’s asking $46.5 million. The condo overlooks Gramercy Park and comes with features like white oak hardwood floors, four huge terraces, a gas fireplace, and an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Alexander spent $42 million to acquire this penthouse back in 2012.

What could be the reason behind wanting to get rid of these pricey pads at once? Let us know what you think in the comments section below.
