Prettiest NYC homes that hit the market this week

This week’s edition includes the former Airbnb of Kimye and a redesigned Soho loft owned by two renowned artists

Every week, Curbed covers dozens of market listings that vary in price, location, size, grandeur, quirkiness, and other distinct characteristics. If they managed to capture our attention, that means there’s definitely something special going on. Kushner Companies brought on architect Jose L. Ramirez to gut-renovate the Brooklyn townhouses that once was served as home to the Brooklyn Law School buildings. The results are quite lovely, with white oak flooring, a chef’s kitchen outfitted in warm wooden tones, and huge windows that let plenty of light in.
