Nearly seven months after sales got underway at the 19-story Upper East Side condo building, The Clare, developers Real Estate Inverlad Development and Third Palm Capital are offering us a first look inside the model home of the condo at 301 East 61st Street.

Located on the seventh floor of the building, the duplex residence measures 1,629 square feet and comes with two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The unit is asking $2.995 million.

Some of the standout features of the duplex homes here, like the model residence, include the double exposures, ceiling heights that can go just over 18-feet, and multiple outdoor spaces.

The Clare will have just 30 apartments spread out over its 19 floors, and some of the other features you can find in the apartments here include 7-inch white oak plank flooring, double-paned insulated glass operable windows, and open kitchens with Miele appliances.

Of the apartments currently listed, prices range from $800,000 for a studio and go up to the above-mentioned model home price. Several apartments here are already in contract.

Amenities in this Manuel Glas-designed condo include a landscaped outdoor terrace with lounging and grilling areas, a fitness center, and a resident’s lounge with a dining area, a pantry, and an entertainment center. The first set of residents will start moving in sometime this summer. Halstead Property Development is handling sales and marketing on the project.
