What/Where: 2BR/1BA in Harlem

Square Footage: N/A

Taxes/Common Charges: $789

Located just a block north of Central Park, this cozy two-bedroom is located on the second floor of a six-story prewar building. The apartment recently underwent a full renovation and has been fitted with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, a Porcelanosa rain shower head in the bathroom, and white shaker cabinetry.

Aside from that, the condo has dark-stained floors, windowed A/C units, and a lovely kitchen island that provides seating for two. Both the bedrooms here come with closet space, and there’s a tiny closet in the living room as well.

A downside here is that the condo’s only bathroom is right next to the door as you enter the apartment, which might pose as an irritant to some. The condo building this unit is in comes with a laundry facility, bike storage, and a spacious and furnished roof deck. For all of that, how much do you think this place is asking?
