What/Where: 1BR, 1BA co-op on the Upper West Side

Square Footage: n/a

Taxes/Common Charges: $1,776

Let’s start with the cons about this Upper West Side apartment first, because we know there are some: it’s on the ground floor; there are columns in weird spaces in the dining room; and the kitchen is kind of small in relation to the rest of the space. But the pros are pretty good: it’s a true one-bedroom with fairly spacious rooms (the living room even has a fireplace!); it’s got that classic Upper West Side vibe going for it, with built-in bookshelves and French doors; and it’s half a block from Central Park, close to some of the park’s biggest attractions.

Knowing all that, how much do you think it’s asking?
