Czech supermodel Petra Němcová has sold her two-bedroom Tribeca condo, the New York Post has learned. Located on the eighth floor of a 29-story condo building at 200 Chambers Street, the apartment comes with a sprawling outdoor space that’s connected to both bedrooms in the apartment. That space offers up some spectacular views of Downtown Manhattan including 56 Leonard and 8 Spruce Street.
This corner unit spans 1,400 square feet and the outdoor space is an additional 837 square feet. The apartment opens up into a small foyer area that then leads to the living/dining area and the kitchen. This particular space features floor-to-ceiling windows, which too offer great views of the city.
The master bedroom here comes with an attached bathroom that includes double marble vanities, a separate shower stall, and a deep soaking tub. The second bathroom in the apartment is just off the foyer to the right.

Overall, the apartment comes with hardwood floors, three walk-in closets, and a washer & dryer in-unit. The building it’s in comes with amenities like an indoor swimming pool, a residents lounge, a landscaped roof terrace, and a children’s playroom among others.

Němcová had originally listed the apartment for $3.49 million last year. The price first went down to $3.25 million, a month after it was listed, and then reduced to $2.95 million early this year. That’s also the price it closed at, but no word yet on how much it sold for.
