A few months after it was first listed Oscar winning-director Kathryn Bigelow has reduced the ask on her sprawling Tribeca condo, the Observer reports. The two-bedroom home first came on the market in January this year for $2.9 million, and now the Zero Dark Thirty director has slashed the ask to $2.75 million.
The broker on the property is offering a different layout from the existing one for potential buyers. Currently the apartment is setup with a larger master bedroom and and an adjacent home office space. The broker is instead offering it up as a two-bedroom home with slightly smaller rooms.
Aside from that, this spacious, 1,655 square foot condo comes with 10-foot-tall ceilings, double-pane casement windows, a private elevator landing, marble bathrooms, and a small balcony off the existing master bedroom.
The original price the apartment listed for in January was already less than the $3.03 million Bigelow purchased it for in 2015. Will this latest price reduction make a difference?
