A 432 Park Avenue condo owner is looking to flip their three-bedroom home just a little over a year after they purchased it. The buyer, only going by an LLC, shelled out $25.6 million on the apartment in March 2016, property records show.
Since then they’ve worked to bring a very 90s vibe to this 65th floor unit that occupies the entire western half of the floor. The apartment measures just over 4,000 square feet and comes with over 12-feet-tall ceilings, and 12 massive windows throughout the apartment.
