A 432 Park Avenue condo owner is looking to flip their three-bedroom home just a little over a year after they purchased it. The buyer, only going by an LLC, shelled out $25.6 million on the apartment in March 2016, property records show.

Since then they’ve worked to bring a very 90s vibe to this 65th floor unit that occupies the entire western half of the floor. The apartment measures just over 4,000 square feet and comes with over 12-feet-tall ceilings, and 12 massive windows throughout the apartment.

The apartment has a private elevator entrance (of course!) which opens up into a foyer. The condo’s three bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms are all located on the left side of unit, and the spacious living and dining area, along with the kitchen are on the other side.

The kitchen here is fitted with with a bunch of high-end Miele appliances, and a built-in marble countertop. The apartment also comes with a library/den, which could easily double up as an additional bedroom.

Then of course there are the regular 432 Park features available to apartments this high including views of the Empire State building and the Chrysler building, marble bathrooms, and a massive walk-in closet.

For all of that, the owner has upped the ask to $32.5 million.
