Now that he’s the co-host on ABC’s Live! chat show based in NYC, Ryan Seacrest has decided to call a swanky Upper East Side townhouse home, the Daily Mail has learned. Seacrest is renting a six-bedroom townhouse in Lenox Hill, just a block way from Central Park for $75,000 per month.

Measuring 11,000 square feet, this house was built in 1879, but underwent a Michael Chen Architecture-led renovation, which wrapped up earlier this year, according to the Mail. Some of the standout features of the townhouse include the master suite, which spans the entire third floor, six wood-burning fireplaces, a roof garden with outdoor seating, an elevator that services all six floors of the building, along with the roof, and a skylight installation by well-known visual artist Sarah Oppenheimer.

The owner of the house purchased the building in 2011 for $11.5 million, just $1 million below its ask at the time. As Luxury Listings NYC notes, Seacrest’s rental is just a short distance away from his co-host, Kelly Ripa’s townhouse, which she purchased along with her husband Mark Consuelos for $27 million in 2013.
