The owner who last purchased this tiny Gramercy studio in 2015 really decided to make the most of the little space they had available, and are now offering it up on the market for $599,000.

There are built-ins galore in the studio including the Murphy Bed, and the closet space as you enter the apartment. Even though it’s a relatively narrow apartment, it feels much larger thanks to all the delineated spaces.

The co-op opens up into a mini-foyer area, with closets to the left, and the apartment’s only bathroom to the right. The living room, and the kitchen are just beyond that.
