What/Where: 1BR/1BA in Gramercy

Square Footage: N/A

Taxes/Common Charges: $1,437

This quirky, oddly-shaped one bedroom is located on the top floor of a landmarked prewar building near Gramercy Park. The triplex (barely!) opens up into a tiny foyer, which comes with some closet space. A circular flight of stairs then leads to the living, dining and kitchen areas of this co-op.

The kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, oak cabinetry, granite countertops, and luckily enough comes with a dishwasher as well. The living room, just beyond that, benefits from having a double height ceiling, and three windows.

The co-op’s only bedroom is located up another flight of stairs. While the living room appears to be spacious, the bedroom feels a little more compact, but the brokerbabble says it easily fits a king-size bed, two night stands, and a dresser.

The building this co-op is in was designed by noted American architect Grosvenor Atterbury, and comes with an elevator, laundry and bike rooms. Keeping all of that in mind, how much do you think this place is asking?
