What/Where: 1BR/1BA in Chelsea

Square Footage: N/A

Taxes/Common Charges: $871

Where this tiny co-op lacks for in space, it makes up for in its tall ceilings, the amount of light throughout the apartment, and the overall charm. A long corridor from the entrance leads to the living room, which has two windows, an exposed brick wall, and a small dining table tucked away in the corner.

The kitchen, which is pretty cramped, is to the left of the living room. It might be a tight fit, but at least it has plenty of storage space. Aside from that, there are stainless steel appliances in here, and caesarstone countertops.

The apartment’s only bathroom has a large window (hooray for no dark bathrooms!) and comes with a glass-enclosed shower. The bedroom is located on the other end of the co-op, and comfortably fits a king-sized bed, according to the brokerbabble. Yes, there’s closet space in here, and a couple of other closets are located in the living room.

Now for the building: it’s a prewar, six-story walk-up building, so be sure to take that into account while making your guesses (hint: the apartment is on one of the lower floors). Oh, and one final hint: it’s only two blocks away from Chelsea’s Whole Foods. So, how much do you think this place is asking?
