The condo on the erstwhile last undeveloped corner of Central Park seems like its just a few months away from welcoming its first residents. New construction site photos by Field Condition reveal a finished facade on the curvy FXFOWLE-designed building.
The facade now also stands out because of the fins on the windows, which change color depending on where you see them from. This 11-story building, developed by Artimus Construction, features a total of 38 apartments, most of which are now in contract.
The project has made significant progress since we checked in with construction on the building last summer. Last month, we finally got a peek inside the condo building via photos of a couple of model units there. Some of the standout features include the large windows, oak floors, and terraces for some apartments.
As for amenities, they include a fitness center, a 3,000-square-foot landscaped courtyard, picnic baskets for jaunts in the park (yep!), and remote control boats (might as well if you’re already at the park). The first set of residents will start moving in sometime this summer.
