This waterfront condo in St. George is located just a block away from the Tompkinsville station on the Staten Island Railway (SIR) and a short walk from the St. George Ferry Terminal. Though the balcony here is small and narrow, it boasts great views of the New York City skyline, and does somehow manage to fit an outdoor grill and some lawn chairs too.
Aside from that, this condo comes fitted with hardwood floors; granite countertops, cherrywood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, all in the kitchen; and a washer/dryer in-unit. The apartment’s only bedroom comes with an attached bathroom, and there’s a second bathroom in the apartment as well—which is always a plus.
