Don’t let the odd-shaped living room within this Prospect Heights co-op fool you; this one-bedroom abode boasts a fair amount of space and sunlight. The prewar apartment has been given a fresh revamp and as a result features a mix of both modern and classic details.

There are original wood floors along with high ceilings and crown molding throughout. The kitchen is tiny but it’s been outfitted with marble countertops, white cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. According to its description, the spacious bedroom can accommodate a king-sized bed and boasts an en-suite windowed bathroom as well as one of the apartment’s two sizable closets.

As for the building amenities, there’s a few decent ones in place, including a laundry room, storage, bike parking, and a courtyard.

So with all that said, how much do you think this apartment is asking?
