One Direction’s Harry Styles may have purchased a 443 Greenwich Street pad

A clue on the deed may give the singer away

Tribeca’s 443 Greenwich Street has built a reputation on being “paparazzi-proof,” and the building has the celebrity credentials to match. Justin Timberlake, Jennifer Lawrence, and couple Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively have reportedly all purchased in or eyed the property, and now The Real Deal reports another big-name celebrity has possibly been flying under the radar in the building: former One Direction frontman Harry Styles.

The reasoning is this: An $8.71 million condo that sold last year to a Hxnyc Trust (Harry x NYC?) lists an Emma Spring as trustee on the deed—the name of Styles’s personal assistant. It seems tenuous, but is a major connection so far as anonymous LLC’s are concerned.

The apartment, initially listed for $8.35 million, has three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and covers just under 3,000 square feet. The former 1880s bookbindery was transformed with interiors by CetraRuddy that include stone slab countertops in the kitchen and feature walls in the bathrooms as well as Tribeca-vibe finishes like exposed beams and aged brass fixtures.

Eleven condos are currently up for grabs in the building, according to StreetEasy, ranging from a $3.995 million two-bed, two-bath to a $55 million penthouse.
