The listing pictures for the condo tout a proclivity for Inherent Vice-tinged mod, with its custom Fibonacci-spiral fireplace and Eero Aarnio Ball Chair, and a feeling for color. Read more...

↑For just $550,000, an entire 19th century house is up for grabs in Clifton, Staten Island. The three-story home measures just under 1,800 square feet, and comes with a sprawling backyard that features a lovely deck, planters, plenty of greenery, and most notably a speakeasy wooden bar on the lower level.
