Yesterday we asked you to guess the asking price of this week’s Pricespotter apartment; a compact one-bedroom in Prospect Heights. Lo and behold, there were three winners who came up with the right amount of $425,000.
Congrats are in order for modmother, Jawline4Days, and Svetlana_NYC. As for the rest of the guesses, most were in close range and came with a myriad of opinions on the layout.
The plus side for folks seemed to be that the location is decent and there is slight potential to reconfigure the apartment. Otherwise, criticism was particularly high.
“Cheap finishes and a horrifying floor plan, but such lovely light in the ‘living’ area,” stated easternwestern before guessing a low price of $295,000. “For an unmarried, single person who watches t.v. in bed and doesn’t have many guests who aren’t invited into the bedroom, this could be a fine apartment,” said JEG10021.
So there you have it. Now that you know the price, how do you feel about it? Let us know in the comments. Here’s one more look:
