What/Where: 1BR/1BA in Astoria

Square Footage: 600

Taxes/Monthly Charges: $397

Located on the top floor of a seven-story, elevator-equipped condo building in Astoria, this one-bedroom apartment measures 600 square feet and comes with an additional 120 square feet of outdoor space.

Its ideal location also means the apartment comes with plenty of light, but that being said there are only two windows in the entire apartment, both of which also serve as doors to the terrace.

The condo opens up into the dining area with the kitchen on the right. The latter comes fitted with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The condo’s only bedroom offers access to the terrace, and can fit a king-size bed, according to the brokerbabble. The condo overall is a little low on storage space however.

The nearest subway stops are about a 10-minute walk, and residents at this condo building can look forward to a gym, a laundry room, video intercom service, and parking (for an additional cost). So how much do you think all of that is worth?
