Check out apartments asking from $450,000

Welcome to the weekly Open House Tour, because who doesn't love a little real estate gawking? This time around, we're looking at what's on the market in Soho.

Brown Harris Stevens.

↑ This small studio on West Houston Street was recently renovated and now wants $595,000. The main space fits a queen-sized bedroom with just a few other pieces of furniture, but the kitchen is spacious and offers lots of cabinet space. The window overlooks the building’s shared courtyard. [Floorplan]

When: Sunday, June 11 (11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.)

↑ According to the listing description, this alcove studio was redesigned by an architect, though it doesn’t say who; it’s asking $615,000. The minimalist pad offers a decent amount of space along with ten-foot ceilings, exposed brick, large windows, and a built-in bookshelf that covers an entire living room wall. [Floorplan]

When: Sunday, June 11 (12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.)

Corcoran.

↑ Yet another studio, this one on West Broadway, is up for grabs for $450,000. There are some lovely prewar details in the compact space, and while there’s not much in the way of storage space, there’s a custom closet in the living room. Other features include a small breakfast island, white exposed brick walls, pressed tin ceilings, and a projection screen between the kitchen and living room. [Floorplan]

When: Sunday, June 11 (2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.)

Douglas Elliman.

↑ Entering the seven figure price range, this 722-square-foot one-bedroom on Greenwich Street is seeking $1.595 million. The layout is simple, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a contemporary kitchen, and marble-drenched bathroom. It’s a bit underwhelming for its price tag but at least common charges are low at $674/month. [Floorplan]

When: Sunday, June 11 (1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.)

↑ Last but not least, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom loft on Sixth Avenue is going for a hefty $1.8 million. The space spans more than 1,300 square feet; the huge living room is filled with wood built-ins along with a “grandfathered wood-burning fireplace” and two oversized windows. The kitchen is a bit outdated, however. [Floorplan]

When: Sunday, June 11 (12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m.)
