ODA’s cantilevered condo on the Lower East Side is finally coming into view now that part of its scaffolding has come down. Field Condition has captured this development in new photos, which reveal the glass facade of the building.
It’s been nearly a year and a half since we last checked in with 100 Norfolk Street, which is being developed by Adam America Real Estate.
Sales got underway on the building’s 38 apartments back in September 2014. At the time, prices ranged from $800,000 to a little over $4 million. At present, only two apartments are still on the market: a $4.4 million three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo, and a $2.65 million two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment.
The project was announced earlier that year, and construction got underway in earnest toward the end of 2015. The project seems to have made steady progress since, and will likely wrap construction sometime this year. This particular condo is located right across the street from where most of Essex Crossing megaproject is currently taking shape.
