Following the launch of the first of two rental buildings in Clinton Hill, Greystone Development is now debuting the second at 100 Steuben Street. Together this project is known as Myrtle & Steuben: the former has 29 apartments, all of which have now been leased out, and the latter is now offering up 43 apartments.

These 43 units come in studio through three-bedroom variants with prices starting at $2,000 per month (net effective rent). On the upper end, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit is currently available for $4,125 per month. In terms of square footage, apartments range in size from 460 square feet to 1,140 square feet, and some of the apartments here come with private outdoor space. Citi Habitats New Developments is handling leasing on this property.

As far as amenities are concerned, they are similar to the facilities provided at the Myrtle Avenue rental building. They include a fitness center, a rooftop terrace with a barbecue, and a media lounge that comes with co-working space and a game room.

Like the property on Myrtle Avenue, this eight-story building was also designed by AB Architekten.

Jeffrey Simpson, the head of Greystone Development is confident that the Steuben Street rental will perform well considering the Myrtle Avenue rental is already fully occupied.

“With the rapid absorption in just four short months for rental units at 531 Myrtle, we are anticipating strong demand for its sister property, Steuben, as well,” Simpson said in a statement.
