Duplex Tribeca loft with lush private roof deck seeks $12M

The penthouse apartment at 50 Warren Street is cavernous but inviting

A little real estate eye candy for this Monday morning: A duplex Tribeca penthouse with a private rooftop has just rolled onto the market seeking $12 million. The penthouse at 50 Warren Street, between West Broadway and Church Street, is one of just four condos in the building, and offers up 4,400 square feet of living space in addition to its 1,570 square foot private rooftop—with a built-in irrigation system, no less.

The lower floor of the apartment gives way to three bedrooms, including a 600-square-foot master suite with an en suite bathroom and wood-burning fireplace. It also has a den, storage space, and a laundry room. The upper floor has been transformed into a 2,300-square-foot open living space where the living area and dining area are separated by an open kitchen. The dining and living areas are overlooked by skylights that bring added light into the deep apartment. A large wood-burning fireplace in the living area lends the palatial room a bit of intimacy.

The apartment is on the market with Jeffrey Tabak and Heidi Schaffer at Tabak Real Estate.
