Lena Dunham has managed to sell the very first apartment she ever purchased, Women’s Wear Daily reports. The one-bedroom apartment in Brooklyn Heights sold for $850,000 in an off-market deal, according to the publication. That’s considerably higher than the $500,000 the Girls creator spent on it in 2012.

The 800-square-foot co-op is located on the top floor of Brooklyn Heights’ famed Mansion House building on Hicks Street, according to BKLYNER. Dunham hasn’t been living at this one-bedroom pad since at least 2014 when she spent $4.8 million on a four-bedroom condo, also in Brooklyn Heights.

For the past few years, Dunham had been subletting the apartment to fashion designer Rachel Antonoff, who also happens to be the sister of Dunham’s boyfriend, musician Jack Antonoff.

Aside from her New York digs, Dunham also owns a Greek Revival style home in Los Angeles’ West Hollywood neighborhood. She purchased the home for $2.7 million in 2015.
