Welcome back to The Six-Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

A three-bedroom Prospect Heights apartment with picture-perfect interiors may look like a million bucks, but it’s asking $935,000. With the help of Compass listing agent Jason Saft, the fourth floor apartment at 415 St. John’s Place got a major update before it hit the market this week: fresh paint, new bathroom tile, and an added pop of color in the kitchen along with one heck of a staging make this place a charming contender in the desirable neighborhood.

The apartment is technically a three-bedroom, but is currently staged as a two-bedroom with a dining room and a living room. The two other bedrooms are both spacious, allowing for queen or full-sized beds and additional furniture. (Sorry, there’s no floorplan.) Update: floorplan below!

The co-op comes with access to a private rooftop area directly above the apartment. Maintenance runs $750/month.
