Big reveal: $850K for a West Village studio with designer-quality finishes

The time has come for us to reveal the asking price for this week’s Pricespotter— a West Village studio with designer finishes from an unnamed “award-winning architect.” The only commenter that was able to accurately come up with that number was modmother, ending the discussion with a guess of $850,000.

The apartment garnered plenty of opinions, some good, some not so good but overall, people weren’t feeling the apartment’s peculiar layout. “This apartment is tiny and they wasted precious space on a kitchen that is just overkill for the person that will be living here,” stated easternwestern. And though modmother managed to guess the correct price, that doesn’t necessarily mean they agree with it, stating “it shouldn’t sell at that price though, not if there is any justice in this world.”
