The second of the recently developed Gowanus Canal-grazing rentals officially launched leasing earlier this month, and to drum up more excitement about these apartments, the developer has now unveiled a few model apartments at 363 Bond Street.
The 12-story building features a total of 270 apartments that come in studios, one, two, and three-bedrooms. Prices start in the mid $2,000s, and go up to $9,000 per month.
On StreetEasy, currently available apartments range from $2,446 per month for a studio, and go up to $5,942 for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit. Some of the appealing features here include the Bosch stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, the wide plank hardwood floors, and the fact that each of the apartments come with a washer/dryer in-unit.
As for amenities, they include a rooftop pool, a residents lounge equipped with a billiards table and a bar, and a fitness center, that comes with a yoga studio and measures 4,000 square feet.

While previously part of a two-building development spearheaded by the Lightstone Group, the development firm eventually sold this site to Atlantic Realty Development, which is now operating 363 Bond Street as an entirely separate entity from 365 Bond Street. Both buildings have however been designed by the same architecture firm: Hill West Architects.
In March this year, the developer launched the affordable housing lottery on 363 Bond Street with 54 apartments up for grabs. Prices were starting from $833 per month for a studio.
